MELODY MARICK – REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE LOAN CLOSER
Melody has been with Valley Settlement for 1 year; however, she brings 5 years of real estate experience which encompasses several different aspects of working with real estate brokers and real estate agents. Melody reviews the title reports, works with the lenders/brokers, homeowner’s insurance agents, orders the payoffs and makes sure your lender gets what they need in order to finalize the paper work for closing. She enjoys working with all parties involved to coordinate a smooth and accurate closing transaction. Melody is quick to help and assist the other team members of Valley Settlement to ensure that your transaction will be smooth and a happy experience on our end.
Dawn W. Sartin – Owner/Manager
Dawn has been with Valley Settlement just 6 months after it was established in 2001. She has 21 years of experience in real estate. In that experience she has worked for a local lender, therefore she has the knowledge of the closing and the lending side, which helps in the understanding of the transaction at hand. While she maintains the office, she also assist in the title and closing, making sure all is completed in professionally and efficiently. Dawn guarantees that you will get the service you deserve and makes sure you understand the process along the way. She understands that word of mouth is what most small companies are made of and takes pride in her and her team.
